The presenters will share resources from the free Teacher Induction Tool Kit and explain how they customized the resources to create and implement a plan for mentoring new teachers. Participants will have the opportunity to explore some of the resources, think about the readiness of their own program to begin mentoring new teachers, and leave with the link to the Tool Kit and an outline of the mentoring plan Canton ABLE developed using the resources.
